Anthony Wynands has interests in topics like traditional astrology and tarot, the Younger Dryas Extinction Event, and the rise and fall of historical civilizations, human consciousness, New England true crime, cosmic horror, and the new wave of traditional heavy metal (NWOTHM), especially metal bands that write songs about speculative fiction. His background is in military, security, writing, editing, and teaching higher education. Anthony has a BA in French Language and Literature, an MA in Technical Writing, and a M.Ed. in Applied Linguistics.
